 1. Filter air speed

The filter air speed of the bag type dust collector is too high, which is the main reason for the damage of the cloth dust collector bags. In recent years, some companies have blindly reduced equipment costs and increased profits: when designing a bag type dust collector, the filter air speed was increased. There was no obvious response in a short time, but the service life of the filter bag was greatly shortened. In this way, instead of saving money for customers, it brought a very large economic burden and wasted time.

 

2. Operating temperature

The key to the filter bag is to select the cloth dust collector bags suitable for the corresponding dust temperature. If the temperature is too high, the selected cloth dust cloth collector bags will exceed the normal operating temperature, thus shortening the service life, and even burning the filter bag in a short time. Therefore, when selecting a filter bag, the inlet temperature of the dust collector must be measured and calculated, and the corresponding cloth dust collector bags should be selected.   

 

3. Product quality

The processing of cloth bags is particularly important. In recent years, some small-sized manufacturers have used small sewing machines as processing equipment, and used low-quality thread as raw materials during processing, and the processing level is outdated, which makes the cloth dust collector bags split, and cracked after they are not used for a long time. Although the small-sized bags can also be used, after bearing much dust, they will fall off after a period of time.
