Notes for High Temperature Dust Collector Bags

  The high-temperature dust collector bag is formed by padding, pre-baking, and baking treatments of needle-punched nylon with hydrophobizing agent and oleophobic agent. After the hydrophobizing agent and oleophobic agent are quickly dried, they are attached to the surface of the filter material fiber in a net shape, thereby reducing the surface tension of water and oil and the filter bag, so that the wet filter medium formed by water, oil and dust will not adhere to the surface of the filter bag, thus avoiding the bag sticking phenomenon.   During the operation of the bag filter, the high-temperature dust collector bags   contain more moisture and oily, hygroscopic and deliquescent dust in the gas, and it may generate water or oil film on the surface of the dust to increase adhesion, which can help capture dust, but will make cleaning difficult.
