What Is A Pulse Valve?

The pulse valve is used to clean the bag or cartridge filter in the dust collector system. These valves send high-energy air pulses through the jet pipe, forming a shock wave on the filter to remove dust. When an electric dust collector is in operation, its filter will catch dust. This accumulated dust forms a dense filter cake, which will block the filter and reduce the efficiency of the system. In the reverse pulse jet dust collector, the reverse jet bag filter cleaning system provides a burst of compressed air and sends out shock waves through the filter to break the dust cake. The dust then falls from the collector and enters a hopper. By effectively removing the dust from the filter, the pulse valve improves the efficiency of the filter and the whole system, and prolongs the service life of the filter.
