ZC Type Mechanical Rotary Blow Flat Bag Filter

ZC Type Mechanical Rotary Blow Flat Bag Filter Introduction:
The industrial dust collection systems adopt a circular body structure with uniform force, good anti-knocking performance, compact structure, high-pressure blower and blower cleaning, and is not limited by the air source condition, and uses the resistance to automatically control the blowback dust to save energy and prolong the use of the bag; Regional indoor installations can be installed outdoors in other areas, and can be widely used in many sectors such as machinery, foundry, mining, smelting, building materials, and food chemical.

Users should pay attention to the high temperature, high concentration, fine particles of dust should choose A type, and vice versa B type is appropriate, such as the concentration of more than 15g/m3 should be preceded by a cyclone dust collector(For coarse nuclear dust can be relaxed as appropriate).

ZC Type Mechanical Rotary Blow Flat Bag Filter Model indication:
144ZC-II-500-ANP570 rotary counter blowing flat bag filter.
Item 1: 144 is the number of filter bags (only)
Item 2: ZC refers to the beginning of the pinyin of the rewinding blow, in which "Z" refers to the beginning of the Chinese pinyin of "turning" and "C" refers to the beginning of the Chinese pinyin of "blowing".
Item 3: II- refers to the design number.
Item 4: 500 refers to the length of the bag (meters).
Item 5: According to the different filter speed V, the dust collector is divided into A type and B type size. A type size is used for an air volume of V=1.0~1.5/min. Type B size is used for V = 2.0~2.5/minute air volume.
Item 6: According to the rotating wind direction of the population, it can be divided into N-rotation and S-rotation. N indicates that the inlet rotates counterclockwise, S indicates that the inlet rotates clockwise, and the serialized drawings are rotated counterclockwise (that is, N-rotation).
Item 7: According to the form of the outlet duct, there are two kinds of exits: the flat exit and the lower exit. P means the flat exit, X means the lower exit, and the serialized drawings are drawn as flat exits (that is, P-type).

Item 8: 570 is the nominal filter area (m3).

The Electromagnetic Valve 2019

Electromagnetic pulse valves (also known as diaphragm valves) are compressed air "switches" for pulse bag filter dust cleaning systems. By the control of the output signal of the pulse jet control instrument, the filter bag is cleaned by one row (chamber), so that the resistance of the filter is kept within the set range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the filter. DMF-Z electromagnetic pulse valve  is a right-angle valve, and the angle between the inlet and outlet is 90 degrees, which is suitable for the installation connection between the airbag and the dust blower tube. The air flow is unobstructed and it can provide the required clear air pulse. DMF-ZM electromagnetic pulse valve is the same as the "Z" series of the right-angle valve, suitable for airbag and dust collector spray pipe installation connection, the import and export of the two ends with a fixed nut for installation so that installation and us...

Electrostatic Dust Collector

The working principle of the electrostatic dust collector  is to use the high voltage electric field to ionize the flue gas. The dust charge in the air flow is separated from the air flow under the action of the electric field. The negative electrode is made of metal wires with different cross-sectional shapes and is called a discharge electrode. The positive electrode is made of metal plates of different geometries and is called a collecting electrode. The performance of an electrostatic precipitator is affected by three factors, the nature of the dust, the configuration of the equipment, and the flow rate of the flue gas. The specific resistance of dust is an index for evaluating conductivity, and it has a direct effect on the dust removal efficiency. The specific resistance is too low, dust particles are difficult to maintain on the dust collecting electrode, causing it to return to the air flow. The specific resistance is too high, and the dust particles that reach the dus...

Cartridge Dust Collectors: The Ultimate Guide for Manufacturing Facilities (2026)

If you’re a factory manager or operations director dealing with industrial dust, you’ve probably heard of cartridge dust collectors —but how do you know if they’re the right fit for your facility? Unlike traditional baghouse dust collectors , cartridge dust collectors are more efficient, easier to maintain, and more compact. This makes them a top choice for modern manufacturing, metal fabrication , woodworking, and chemical processing. Over the past 8 years, I’ve helped many manufacturing facilities upgrade to cartridge dust collectors. This cut maintenance time by 40% and improved air filtration efficiency . In this guide, I’ll explain cartridge dust collectors. You’ll learn how they work and their main benefits. I’ll also cover when to choose them over other systems. I’ll show you how to pick the best one for your operation. You’ll also get SEO tips to help keep your facility compliant and efficient. What Is a Cartridge Dust Collector , and How Does It Work? Inclined cartridge ...
