Standard Single Layer Felt Filter Bags

 Ⅰ. Introduction of standard single-layer felt filter bag

 

Industrial polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PE) standard felt filter bags, single-sided slip surface to prevent fiber migration, gradient pore deep filter type, no internal support layer. Use nearly 30 kinds of fibers with different diameters, and use fiber mixing equipment to make filter bags.

 

Ⅱ. Features of standard single-layer felt filter bag

 

1. Stitching method: ultrasonic welding or thread suture.

 

2. Sealing ring: polypropylene and polyester SDS, STS, galvanized steel ring or stainless steel ring.

 

3. Sealing ring connection method: ultrasonic welding or thread stitching.

 

4. Accuracy range: 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 microns.

 

5. Efficiency: relative accuracy, single filtration efficiency is 85%.

 

6. Surface treatment: Smooth surface treatment to prevent fiber and leachate from freeing.

 

7. Material grade: fully comply with FDA grade requirements, free of silicon and other types of pollutants.

 

8. The replacement pressure difference is 0.10MPa, and the replacement pressure difference is 0.18MPa.

 

9. Extensive chemical compatibility of single-layer felt filter bags.

 

3. Application of standard single-layer felt filter bag
